Dan leverages his expertise in technology to advance the charity’s mission of empowering disadvantaged young people through education, mental health support, and initiatives promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
As the Managing Director of W Web Design & Hosting, a web agency based in the North West of the UK, Daniel has built a successful business, delivered over 150 websites and helped clients thrive in the digital space. His journey in technology began as an apprentice, and his hands-on experience has fuelled his commitment to innovative solutions that drive positive change.
In 2019, Daniel collaborated closely with Dame Robina Shah during her tenure as High Sheriff of Greater Manchester, serving as a key contributor to the launch of the “Team High Sheriff” program. As the program’s web master, he built and maintained its website, which provided a vital platform for young ambassadors aged 15-25 to amplify youth voices, foster community cohesion, and address issues like mental well-being, education, and employment.
Driven by a deep passion for technology and education, Daniel is dedicated to guiding students toward paths that align with their strengths and aspirations. He was honoured to join the Dame Robina Shah Foundation, where he continues to open doors and create opportunities for underrepresented young people to succeed.
